Jincy Dunne is an American ice hockey defenseman who developed through USA Hockey’s elite youth system and became one of the most consistent blue line players of her generation at the junior and collegiate level. She captained multiple U18 national teams and built a reputation early for defensive structure, leadership and reliability rather than flashy offensive production.
At Ohio State University she became a key part of the Buckeyes’ defensive core, earning conference recognition and serving as one of the team’s leaders during her NCAA career. After college, she moved into the professional women’s hockey system, continuing her role as a steady, defense-first player in the PWHL era.
